To validate the limited Lifetime Warranty, the Warranty Registration Card must be filled out and sent to ALV within twenty days of purchase.

ALV instruments are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the limited lifetime of the instrument. While under warranty, all replaceent parts and labor will be provided without charge.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable (pedal purchased as used are not under warranty).

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect or normal wear and tear. Determination of all such damage shall be by ALV.

ALV Pedal reserves the right to replace or repair defective instruments. In the event a duplicate part or instrument is not available, ALV will replace the part or instrument with one of equal or greater value. ALV is not responsible for any incidental or censequential damages resulting from any defect or failure of the instrument other than the repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the purchaser legal rights, which vary from state to state, and is in lieu of any and all other warranties or agreements either expressed or implied, except as may otherwise be required by law.
